Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Partners & Scope

We deliver to over 19,000+ pin codes across India. To ensure your apparel reaches you in pristine condition and the fastest time possible, we partner with reputed registered domestic courier companies (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, or Xpressbees) and India Post (Speed Post).

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Ready-to-Wear: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Customized/Make-to-Order: Since these pieces are crafted specifically for you, they may take 4–6 weeks for dispatch, or as specified during checkout.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance in the destination country).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: [Insert e.g., Free shipping on orders above 999; otherwise, a flat fee of 50 applies].
  • Returns: For “Change of Mind” returns (where the product is not defective), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Defective Items: If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, Trex Apparel will bear the full cost of return shipping or arrange a free reverse pickup.

4. Tracking & Delivery Attempts

  • Tracking: Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment in real-time.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to your unavailability or an incorrect address, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

5. Damaged Shipments

Trex Apparel assumes full responsibility for the safety of your order during transit.

  • In Transit Damage: If your package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
  • Unboxing Requirement: As per our Return Policy, an uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to claim any internal damage or missing items.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, Trex Apparel is not liable for delays caused by:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  2. Force Majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, or government-mandated lockdowns).
  3. Delays at the customs office for international shipments.
